Shipping Information for Sotfwired Clothing Co. All clothing items are made to order and fulfilled through our professional UK print partner, who ship worldwide using Royal Mail.

UNITED KINGDOM: All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 48 Tracked, which has a delivery estimate of 2-3 working days after the date of dispatch and can be tracked via the link sent via email.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: For international orders, orders can be sent with either tracked or untracked postage method. We offer customers the choice between the two. Once your parcel leaves the UK, Royal Mail hands it over to your country’s local postal service, who may provide further tracking updates. For more detail, check your country’s postal website directly.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER: Once your item is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your Royal Mail tracking number.

For tracked international orders once your item has left the UK, Royal Mail hand it over to the relevant country's postal authority. They deliver it on Royal Mail's behalf and let them know some of the details of your item's journey.

MISSING OR UNDELIVERED PARCELS: If your item hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:


> Wait 10 working days for UK orders
> Wait 30 working days for international orders

Once this time has passed, Royal Mail may classify the item as lost.

> If your parcel is confirmed lost, we’ll either replace it or refund you.

Please report lost parcels within 60 days of dispatch, otherwise, we won’t be able to offer a replacement.
